This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services and projects provided by Nanjing Luopanzuo Trading Co., Ltd. (南京罗盘座贸易有限公司; trademark Pyxis Product Sourcing) ("Pyxis," "we," "us," or "our"). Unified Social Credit Code: 91320100MACHU9H6X1.

By paying an invoice or a secure online payment link, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Professional Services

This section covers standalone professional services, including but not limited to Product Research, on-site and factory inspections, cargo/loading inspections, shipping arrangement, manufacturer research, consultation, and product development desk work.

1.1 Full refund (before work starts)

You may request a full refund if all of the following are true:

  • You request the refund within 24 hours of successful payment; and
  • We have not started work on your request; and
  • We have not sent you any deliverable.

1.2 No refund after deliverables

Once we have provided any deliverable, the fee is non-refundable. Deliverables include (without limitation):

  • Product pricing sheets or cost comparisons
  • Quotations or offers from one or more manufacturers
  • Supplier or factory shortlists and contact notes
  • Information about export procedures, documentation, or logistics options
  • Inspection reports, photos, or checklists
  • Consultation summaries, research notes, or written recommendations

Deciding not to place a purchase order, not liking available factories, or changing your product idea after delivery does not entitle you to a refund. Service fees pay for our time and expertise, not for a guaranteed purchase outcome.

1.3 If we cannot deliver

If we cancel a professional service for reasons solely attributable to Pyxis and we have not provided a reasonable alternative or reschedule, you may receive a refund of the unused portion of fees paid for that service.

2. Product Research (specific)

Product Research is a paid professional service billed before work begins (for example via a secure online payment link). Typical deliverables are pricing sheets, manufacturer quotations, supplier options, and high-level export or procedure notes for the SKUs you requested.

  • The 24-hour / no-deliverable rule in Section 1.1 applies.
  • After any research deliverable is sent, fees are final.
  • If you later place an All-In-One sourcing order within the credit window stated on our Pricing page or in your quote, any research-fee credit is applied only as described there; unused credit is not a cash refund.

3. Sourcing and Procurement Projects

Orders that involve purchasing goods, paying factories, sampling, tooling, production, or shipping are sourcing projects. Each sourcing project is governed by a separate sourcing contract (or written agreement) for that product and supplier.

  • Refund, deposit, cancellation, quality claim, and liability terms for a sourcing project are set in that contract and may differ by product, supplier, and Incoterms.
  • This website Policy does not replace or override your signed sourcing contract.
  • Amounts already paid onward to manufacturers, freight forwarders, or other third parties are handled according to the sourcing contract and are typically not recoverable through Pyxis once disbursed, except where that contract expressly requires otherwise.
  • For refund or dispute questions on a sourcing project, contact us with your contract or order reference and we will apply the terms of that agreement.

4. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds for card or online payment link charges are returned to the original payment method through the same online payment service (or the original processor). We do not issue cash refunds for card payments. Bank-transfer refunds, where applicable, return to the originating account. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Shipping Note

Product Research and other professional-service deliverables are digital or report-based; there is no physical return of goods for those fees. Physical goods shipping, returns, or cargo claims apply only under a separate sourcing project and its contract.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and company name (if any)
  • Payment date, amount, currency, and payment or bank reference
  • Service description (e.g. Product Research for [product])
  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within three (3) business days.
